Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility Requirements

  • Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Unused, in original packaging with all tags and protective films intact
  • Documentation: Original invoice or order number required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their specialized nature, the following cannot be returned:

  • Custom-built Driver Kits (Head + Shaft + Grip combinations)
  • Opened Golf Grip Kits (including Golf Pride Grip Kits)
  • Any Golf Clubmaking Kits with broken seals
